We have been running a site in this location since 1988. The site is owned and run by Mary Hide, and started out as a "CL" site listed by the Caravan Club. We have since expanded, and can now offer the following amenities:-
Our site is also, of course, equipped with drinking water, toilet emptying facilities, rubbish disposal, and fire extinguishers. It is a level site, in a parkland setting within walking distance of the town.
We are also pleased to accept group bookings and club rallies.
You can make your booking by post, phone or fax. The fee for 2004 per pitch is £7.50 per night including electric hookup. There is no extra charge for an awning or additional car. [Please note that as part of our licence terms we cannot accept tents on the site unless they are accompanying a caravan - two man tent for children with adults in caravan is fine. Again, no extra charge for these tents.]
